    Billing and Payment

We believe that mental health care should feel accessible, transparent, and stress-free. Below you’ll find information about our fees, payment options, and how we can work together to make therapy fit your needs.

    Session Rates

We do adjust rates from time to time based on our continued growth in the profession, acquisition of new specialties and training, and overall inflation of business expenses.

    • $175 family session (1.5 hours)
    • $160 intake session (1.25 hours)
    • $130 for 60 min session

We understand that finances can be a barrier to care. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients who may need a reduced fee.

Sliding scale rates are based on individual circumstances and availability. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re committed to working with you whenever possible. Session rates are up to the discretion of your counselor.

    Insurance

While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide a Superbill upon request. A Superbill is a detailed receipt of services that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Many clients with out-of-network benefits are able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your specific coverage.

How To Submit A Superbill to Insurance Companies

    Payment

We accept cash, check, HSA, and all major credit cards as form of payment. There will be a $4.50 fee added for each credit or debit card charge. Payment is processed securely at the time of your session unless otherwise discussed.

    Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand by contacting your counselor. Late cancellations and No Shows will be charged the full rate of session unless otherwise discussed.

    Court Fees

If your clinician or Counseling and Recovery Guidance, LLC, receives a subpoena or request from your attorney, the opposing attorney, Louisiana Disability Services, Workman’s Compensation Corporation, or Life Insurance, the client is responsible for the additional fees outlined in this document.
